4 bedroom family homes with space and style. [l to r] Miller Homes' Beckett and Gissing designs are featured on the new 'Latham Park' in Irlam to open in the Autumn. Just 20 homes will be built at this small, select development of 19 townhouses and just one one-bedroom apartment at Miller Homes’ Latham Park site off Liverpool Road in Irlam. The townhouses will offer 3 or 4 bedrooms and each has been designed to maximise both light and space.

A host of features makes each an elegant and delightful home: French doors opening onto the garden from the open plan dining rooms, there is also spacious master bedrooms with en-suite shower-rooms.

The Beckett is an exceptionally spacious 4 bedroom family home, set over 3 floors and with an integral garage. As you enter the elegant hallway, a downstairs cloakroom lies to the side, but the real showstopper of the home is straight ahead, in the stunning contemporary kitchen / dining room with French doors opening on to the rear garden, bringing the outside in.

Upstairs on the first floor is the spacious formal lounge, offering peace and privacy. The lounge features French doors with a Juliet balcony that overlooks the rear garden. Bedroom two and the family bathroom are also on this floor, with the master bedroom with en-suite located on the second floor along with bedrooms 3 and 4.

The Gissing builds on Miller Homes experience and expertise in designing attractive and well thought-out family homes. With three floors providing a traditional kitchen/dining room, separate lounge and downstairs cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor is the well appointed family bathroom and bedrooms 2, 3, 4. Bedroom 4 would make an ideal study or home-office space, for people that work from home or the kids homework sessions. Whilst the ‘piece de résistance’ of the housedesign lies on the second floor which is dedicated to the master bedroom with built-in wardrobes and en-suite.

Sue Warwick, Miller Homes’ Sales and Marketing Director, comments: “We are really excited to have found an opportunity to create new homes in such a “property hotspot”.

“In the last year, when prices have increased by an average of just 8.6% nationally, they have increased by a staggering 39% in this area. Over the last 5 years, they have more than doubled, increasing by 144% when the national figure was 59%. This very local market has shown exceptionally strong, sustained price increases.

“We are renowned for building homes of the highest quality, in both their construction and their finishing touches. Combine this with a strong local market, we expect the interest to be sky high.”

Latham Park is superbly located for commuters with the A57 nearby, the M62 just 2.7 miles away and the train station a mere 300m stroll.

Part of a rapidly expanding portfolio of developments, Latham Park will add to the thousands of new homes that Miller Homes, the UK’s largest privately owned housebuilder, expect to build in 2007.

A Marketing Office will open at Latham Park in late Summer 2007. However, registering early is recommended as interest is high. This can be done by visiting Millerhomes.co.uk.
