3 Bedroom Semi Detached House
Price: £199500 GBP

Front Elevation

This house is truly unique. We bought it 2 1/2 years ago and are sadly leaving due to relocation. Every room has been lovingly restored, replastered and redecorated, with new carpets.

It has two double bedrooms and a small guest/cot room upstairs, then if you require a fourth bedroom, there is a study downstairs which would make an ideal private room for a teenager.

It is a double-fronted Georgian town house, with a warm, cottage-y but spacious interior on three levels. All the rooms are unusual shapes/dimensions, with ceilings at a nice height. I have estimated the room sizes for now and will update them when I have measured accurately.

Hedon is a quiet, historic market town, just to the East of Hull. This home is situated just north of the Market square. It is very convenient for a good selection of local shops and South Holderness School is just up the road. Other local schools cater for all ages.

The commute into Hull is about 6 miles via dual carriageway. This takes between 10 minutes and 1/2 an hour depending on the time of day. Coming home it's quicker still!

Hedon is a lovely community, and this home is under the beautiful shadow of St Augustines, a grand, ancient church which dominates the town. Behind this house there is a large, pleasant village green. Lovely walks/cycle paths/bridleways lead out in all directions.

The house is close to the road, but the traffic is calm and one-way, therefore traffic noise is not a problem. There are views of fields to the front of the house and the Church is visible at an angle from the rear.
