Limited availability at Priory Fields near Swadlincote means buyers must hurry if they want to purchase one of the final Redrow homes.

With only 13 properties still available, including the show home, time is of the essence. The good news is that part exchange is available so that homeowners could find they’re able to move quickly and easily without having to worry about selling the home they have outgrown.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), commented: “We know from our continued sales success that people want to live at Priory Fields. Its popularity is due to combination of the high specification, the location and the incentives available to help get people moving.

“Thanks to part exchange even those with a home of their own to sell could find they’re able to move quickly and easily. Effectively we’ll buy the customer’s old home so they’re free to purchase one of ours. There are no agent’s fees to pay and no complicated chains to hold them back from moving.”

The remaining homes at Priory Fields offer a choice of three and four-bedroom designs, with prices from £139,995 to £219,995.

They include a four-bedroom Ruthin, on the market and ready to move into from £189,995.

It’s a substantial family home with a spacious lounge with patio doors leading to the rear garden, combined kitchen and dining room plus laundry. There’s also a separate family room or study, which could perhaps be utilised to provide a quiet space for older children to do their homework or as playroom for little ones.

Upstairs, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite, with the remaining three bedrooms sharing the family bathroom.

“Our new homes boast a specification that’s hard to beat and one that’s certainly almost unrivalled among the second hand sector. Kitchens are well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances including oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer; while bathrooms and en-suites enjoy quality and fixtures and fittings,” Pauline added.

“Another big plus is the ease of maintenance and the built-in energy efficiency measures. With double glazing and central heating included as standard they’re potentially cheaper to run than their second hand counterparts, so householders should save money on fuel bills.”

Located off Swadlincote Lane, Priory Fields enjoys a traditional village setting with easy access to the East Midlands motorway network.

The nearby town of Swadlincote offers shops and other amenities; and for those who like the great outdoors there are plenty of cycle trails and woodland walks in the National Forest which surrounds the area.

To get your choice of the final phase of homes at Priory Fields, visit the sales office and show home, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. Alternatively, log on to redrow.co.uk/priory.
