A fabulous new development of family homes and apartments is expected to attract a high level of interest from first time buyers and young professionals in Hampshire.

Gales Park, from luxury house builder Charles Church, will offer a range of two, three and four bedroom houses and two bedroom apartments in the historic, rural village of Horndean.

Mark Docherty, sales director for Charles Church South Coast, said: “With fantastic road and rail links, this stunning development will be ideal for first time buyers and young professionals.

“The village is also conveniently positioned for access to local schools and family leisure activities, making it equally attractive to growing families with children of all ages.

“The properties will be in a variety of designs, delivering individual homes with flexible accommodation including living and entertaining spaces, beautiful bathrooms and useful studies.”

Dating back to the early middle ages, Horndean previously acted as a staging post on the road between Portsmouth and London that today is the A3. Gales Park gets its name from the famous Gales Brewery that originated in the village.

Horndean is close to some of Hampshire's popular attractions including the South Downs National Park and the Queen Elizabeth Country Park offers activities including horse riding, cycling and adventure sports. Nearby there is Butser Hill National Nature Reserve for a great day out while Portsmouth itself offers shops, bowling, cinema, art gallery, gym, powerboat rides, casino, restaurants and bars.

Mark added: “Prospective purchasers are invited to register their interest now. Simply complete our ‘keep me updated’ form on the Charles Church website to make sure you are first to find out when the properties are released for sale.”
