Property-seekers who can see themselves enjoying the fantastic lifestyle on offer at Taylor Wimpey’s Jasmine Gardens development in Wychbold, Worcestershire, should act quickly – as only two plots remain available for completion in 2014!

This in-demand development has proven extremely popular, with 18 home-hunters snapping up their dream properties in the current phase, and now there are just two chances remaining to set up home at Jasmine Gardens this year.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Given the huge levels of interest which the superb homes at Jasmine Gardens have attracted, I don’t expect these two final plots for 2014 to remain available for long.

“I’d urge would-be buyers to get in touch now to ensure they don’t miss out on the chance to move into a stunning new home here this year.”

The final plots available for 2014 at Jasmine Gardens include the four-bedroom ‘Heydon’ detached house. Priced from £354,995, the ‘Heydon’ features a spacious kitchen/dining room and a dual-aspect living room, both opening through French doors to the private rear garden, while a utility room, a study and a guest cloakroom complete the ground floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to two en-suite bedrooms, two additional bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside, there’s a detached double garage and two driveway parking spaces.

The Help to Buy equity loan scheme is available at Jasmine Gardens, enabling first-time buyers and existing homeowners to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%. Help to Buy is available on new homes up to the value of £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.

Wychbold is home to a post office, a convenience store, a pub, a filling station, a hotel, a community centre, sports pitches and a children’s play area, plus Webbs of Wychbold garden centre just to the north of the village. Wychbold First and Nursery School caters for children aged three to nine years old, and was rated ‘good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection.

Meanwhile, a wider range of shops, leisure and entertainment opportunities, as well as schools for older children, can be found two miles away in Droitwich Spa, and in Bromsgrove, which is around three miles from home.

Commuters will appreciate Wychbold’s close proximity to junction 5 of the M5, for quick links to the M42, Worcester and Birmingham, while bus services between Droitwich Spa and Bromsgrove, and between Birmingham and Worcester, stop close to the development.

Property-seekers hoping to snap up one of the two final homes for 2014 at Jasmine Gardens should visit the Sales Centre, located off Worcester Road, Wychbold, WR9 7PE, and open Friday to Monday from 11am to 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
