With almost 95% of homes at Redrow’s Worcester development now sold, time is running out for those who want to be part of the new community that has blossomed on the edge of the city.

All of the homes at the Earls Park phase have now been sold and there’s only the five-bedroom ‘Cheltenham’ design available at the exclusive neighbouring Kings Park phase.

Nestled amidst some 20 acres of woodland, the homes enjoy a quiet leafy setting, with easy access to the centre of Worcester and a wealth of new facilities being developed on their doorstep.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), says: “It’s three years since we first started selling homes at Earls Park and Kings Park and the area has undergone a major transformation in that time. The new University Park is taking shape on the opposite side of Bromyard Road with the new St John’s House Medical Centre, including a pharmacy, now open. A new university campus for students plus other facilities, including offices, will follow in the near future.

“For our part we’re now coming to the end of construction work in the area. The majority of the homes are now sold and occupied and a thriving neighbourhood has been created where people really want to live. It’s so popular that we even have customers who bought in the development’s early stages who are thinking of moving to another Redrow home.”

A five-bedroom Cheltenham style home at Kings Park can be purchased from £399,995. Thanks to Help to Buy it could be snapped up for an initial outlay of £319,996, including a deposit of just under £20,000. The remaining 20% share is covered by an equity loan, which is interest free for the first five years.

The five-bedroom Cheltenham is a spacious family home set out over three floors. At the heart of the home is the open plan kitchen, breakfast and family area. This sociable space is complemented by a dedicated dining room and a separate lounge.

The first floor master bedroom has its own en-suite, plus a walk-in wardrobe, while the two other bedrooms on this floor share a ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom. A study can also be found on this floor.

There are a further two bedrooms on the top floor, with a bathroom between them.

To be in with a chance of owning one of the remaining homes at Kings Park, visit the development, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. Alternatively, see redrow.co.uk/kings.
