Miller Homes adds to its portfolio in Fife Award-winning house-builder, Miller Homes, is to add to its healthy portfolio in Fife with the launch of a new development in Crossgates, Cowdenbeath this autumn - Regents Park - underlining the company’s ongoing commitment to the Kingdom of Fife.

A stunning development of 37 three, four and five-bedroom homes – available in a mix of striking house-types – Regents Park will further demonstrate why Miller Homes enjoys longevity of 75 years.

Anne Marie Britton, sales director for Miller Homes (Scotland) Ltd, said: “Our current developments in Fife have witnessed much success in recent months. Sales remain consistent, which proves that there is definitely a want and a need for good quality homes in the area. With Regents Park, we are supplying where there is a significant demand, and I am confident that buyers will be intrigued with the mix of properties soon to be available to them.”

Already in operation in Fife is Miller Homes’ Green Gardens Grove development in Dunfermline, and Balbirnie Meadow in Glenrothes, which have both welcomed a host of buyers.

Green Gardens Grove is located only two miles from the M90, bringing both Edinburgh and the city’s international airport within a 30 minute drive. With only three properties remaining, this development is a must see for buyers looking for a high quality home with excellent commuter routes and an affordable price tag.

The remaining three are a Leader, which is a five-bedroom property priced at £325,000, a Humber priced at £249,995, and a Conrad priced at £235,000, both of which are spacious four-bedroom homes with their very own distinctive features.

Only 19 miles from Dunfermline is Miller Homes’ Balbirnie Meadow development, Glenrothes, offering a selection of four-bedroom detached homes, all designed with family living in mind.

With a high quality interior, every spacious home comes with a variety of useful and practical touches, with several benefiting from open plan kitchen/family areas and separate utility rooms, ensuring that every one of these properties would suit families of any age and size.

The nearby town of Glenrothes is well placed for excellent access to both Glasgow and Edinburgh via the A92, providing commuters with an easy daily journey. Prices at Balbirnie Meadow start from £185,000 for a four-bedroom detached Esk home.

Anne Marie adds: “Buyers looking to live in and around Fife are also looking for excellent commuter access across the central belt, and all three of these developments offer just that. We’ve endeavoured to enhance the area’s incumbent infrastructure by building in relatively close proximity to all major commuter networks, allowing buyers the option to travel on a whim.”
