After five weeks’ casting and hundreds of video entries posted by net users from eight European countries, the 16 candidates of Very Good Trip are ready to live their dream adventure…at the wheel of the latest additions to the Renault family: New Megane Coupe-Cabriolet and Wind Roadster! And it all kicked off for the eight teams on the famous steps of the most prestigious film festival in the world, alongside top international film stars.
Join Renault on the 8 June at verygoodtrip.renault.com for the first episode of this brand-new reality show on the web and join the chosen contestants as their journey begins…on the red carpet and along the mythical “Croisette” at the Cannes Film Festival. And, on 14 June, it’s the big day. The teams set off on the biggest adventure of their lives.
On 22 May, the names of the successful applicants were posted on the site verygoodtrip.renault.com, along with the winning video CVs.

Young at heart, always ready with a smile and a quip, and ready to face any challenges, Angela and Richard could pass for brother and sister. They have been close friends, through thick and thin, for 15 years. Angela is divorced with three children; “Uncle Richard” has been adopted by the whole family. They share a wicked sense of humour! Like a couple of kids, they never stop arguing, but it is never serious.
Angela: A complete extravert, Angela is always acting the clown. She loves dressing up and getting the party started.
Richard: Affectionate and smiling, kind and sociable, Richard is always ready to lend a hand. But don’t be fooled – he’s far from being a simple sidekick. He has a strong character and can be arrogant. Nobody walks over him.
