Criteria for the award, judged against every country that imports Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, included customer satisfaction ratings, staff training and development programmes, plus a robust strategy to deliver the best aftersales service.

The judges particularly praised Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in the UK for its focus on staff training, with a record number of Master Technicians throughout its Van Centre network, and initiatives such as its successful ‘100% Volkswagen’, National Service Pricing and fleet package pricing campaigns to provide the best services and most cost-effective maintenance at Volkswagen Van Centres.
