This winter, Ontario's snow covered vistas are the perfect backdrop for enjoying self-centred pampering. Many of the Province's spas are located within easy reach of Ontario's cities and feature decadent, food-inspired winter treatments, many of which use locally sourced ingredients including minerals, herbs and fruits.

Just over one hour south of Toronto, the Pillar and Post's 100 Fountain Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake is a centre for relaxation and tranquillity.
