Celebrate the month of sleep with Hospes Hotels

To celebrate International Sleep Day on 18th March, Hospes Infinite Places are offering 'Dreams', a programme to teach their guests the value of a good night's sleep and some vital tips to ensure they reach it throughout March 2011.

With a selection of techniques, incorporating tips and advice, nutritional menu's and spa treatments, Hospes aim to help their guests discover the perfect night's sleep and will be offering the following extras in each of their hotels throughout the month:

• Turn down service will include advice on the 10 top tips to achieving the perfect night's sleep plus a relaxing Cinq Mondes Egyptian Water spray
• A sleep menu is on offer every night for dinner at our Senzone restaurants
• The Bodyna team have prepared relaxation tips and recommended Cinq Mondes treatments to encourage a total state of physical and mental relaxation

The Senzone restaurants will serve a menu of specially combined dishes, made from ingredients that are proven to support rest and relaxation. With a combination of complex carbohydrates, Vitamin B6, Tryptophan, Essential fatty acids, phospholipids and B-group vitamins essential for development and correct working order of the nervous system and relaxation, Hospes will encourage relaxation in every aspect of the guest experience.

The Bodyna Spa and Cinq Monde have also created a selection of treatments to help guests relax during their stay, with an Ayurvedic Massage, Purée de Papaye Radiance Scrub and a Riche de Jeunesse Face Care-Massage.

Since 2005, in collaboration with the Spanish Sleep Association, Hospes has worked to enhance knowledge about sleep disorders and to offer solutions to its guests though the 'Dreams' project.

Scientific research shows that a third of the population suffer from poor sleep due to, in 80% of cases, the accumulation of daily stress which prevents the relaxation necessary for a good night's sleep.

The package starts from 300€ (approximately £252) per night based on two adults sharing a Dreamer's Double room. The Sleep menu will cost 35€ in all Senzone Restaurants.
