On Sunday 7th September, Skylon’s Bar & Grill is launching an exciting new Sunday brunch menu, featuring classic British brunch dishes and a brunch-inspired cocktail collection.

Arriving at the restaurant just in time for Autumn, Skylon’s new Sunday brunch offering will give guests the opportunity to enjoy an indulgent and relaxed end to their weekend, overlooking the hustle and bustle of Southbank in an iconic riverside location within the Royal Festival Hall. A selection of Sunday newspapers will be on offer for those wishing to while away a few hours, while for those looking to continue Saturday night’s party vibe, there will be a funky Motown and Disco playlist; the perfect soundtrack to a brunch-time Bloody Mary and eggs.

The menu, which has been carefully designed by Executive Head Chef Adam Gray, will feature classic brunch favourites such as Eggs Benedict (£8.50) and Pancakes with bacon and maple syrup (£9.50) alongside lighter options such as Brixham crab cakes with crisp fennel salad and dill mayonnaise (£9.50).  Exclusive to the Sunday Brunch menu will also be a collection of affordable brunch cocktails, all priced at £9.50. Guests can choose from a range of five delicious cocktails including a Double Peach Bellini; Aperol Spritz; Bloody Mary; Espresso Martini and Skylon’s signature Brunch Martini, designed by Bar Manager Frederic Tartas, shaking Bacardi Oakheart with fresh orange juice and maple syrup.

Available every Sunday from 12noon to 4pm, Skylon is the ideal riverside brunch spot, giving guests the perfect end to their weekend.
