Each party guest will be welcomed with a drink on arrival and enjoy traditional Christmas cuisine with a modern twist. The special Christmas party menu costs just £34 per person and this includes a three course meal, festive treats and dancing until late with the hotel's resident DJ.
To start, diners will choose from roast parsnip & chestnut soup, smoked salmon with shallots & capers or goats cheese tart with oven-dried tomato and basil pesto. The main courses are roast turkey with caramelised vegetables, fondant potatoes and cranberry jus or fillet of salmon with sweet potato mash, spring onion and coriander salsa. Vegetarians will be served a wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil. The meal will be perfectly finished with a choice of traditional Christmas pudding, cranberry & orange cheesecake or Cropwell Bishop Stilton.
