The Chocolate Festival returns to Brighton

After the hugely successful inaugural Brighton Chocolate Festival in March 2010 its back once more for an indulgent, gastronomic celebration of our favourite passion - The Brighton Chocolate Festival returns to New Road for 2 days of chocolate lovers heaven on the 16th and 17th April 2011.

The Chocolate Festival in Brighton is part of a series of events now into their 3rd year. The Brighton event promises to be the perfect place to stock up on all your Easter essentials, as well as increase your knowledge about the sweet brown stuff! An ideal opportunity to wow your loved ones with extra special Easter gifts while learning all about making chocolate and find out more about this tasty delight.

Just in time for Easter shopping, the Chocolate Festival runs on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th April from 10am - 6pm and is an integral part of the annual Brighton Food and Drink Festival.

Yael Rose, the Event Director, explains how:

"This event is all about indulging your passions and learning that they can actually be good for you! I want to show people the fun and creativity as well as the health benefits that come from this exquisite product."

As always, The Chocolate Festival will feature stands from award winning chocolatiers as well as renowned chocolate companies, giving you the chance to really impress your loved ones with chocolate gifts to die for this Easter.

There will be dozens of stalls all showcasing chocolate and chocolate products, such as hot chocolate, chocolate cakes, chocolate fudge, crepes with chocolate, churros with chocolate, chocolate pretzels, chocolate cocktails, a chocolate fountain, chocolate making kits and even chocolate savoury food!

If you are a chocoholic, or you know someone that is, then you cannot afford to miss this event, and snap up some Easter treats into the bargain!
