It's a great time to purchase a brand new home at Fountain Court in Tranmere as Lovell is including more as standard – plus anyone who reserves in May will receive £1,000 towards new furniture.

Lovell is hosting an open house weekend next weekend (April 28 and 29) at Fountain Court. Homebuyers will be able to find out more about the homes available and the housebuilder’s new offer to include a washing machine and fridge freezer, plus blinds and carpets with each property sold.

And, for May only, Lovell will also hand buyers £1,000 to spend in a selected furniture store, when they move in.

Elaine Taylor, regional sales manager for Lovell, said: “Spring is in the air and its traditionally a time when people may be looking for a fresh start in a new home. With that in mind, we’re rewarding purchasers who choose a Lovell home at Fountain Court, by including additional appliances, carpets and blinds as standard. As an added bonus, anyone who reserves over the weekend or throughout the month of May, will also receive £1,000 of furniture store vouchers upon completion.”

Already outstanding value for money, three-bedroom homes at Fountain Court are priced from just £120,500.

Homebuyers could opt to take advantage of a shared equity scheme meaning they could initially purchase a three-bedroom family home from £102,452 (full price £120,500) and still own 100% of their home from day one.

The scheme means they only pay 85% of the asking price up front. There’s no interest or rent to pay on the deferred amount, purchasers have 10 years to pay it back.

Elaine added: “This is a fantastic incentive for first time buyers who may be finding it difficult to save for the large deposits required by many mortgage providers. It’s available across our range of three-bedroom homes at Fountain Court. Our shared equity scheme gives homebuyers a viable alternative to renting and means they have an asset to show for their money.”

Thanks to its range of incentives and focus on customer service developer Lovell was recently awarded ‘five stars for customer satisfaction’ by the Home Builders Federation.

Fountain Court is well placed for local shops, off Whitford Road. There are five good primary schools within half a mile and five secondary schools within around a mile. Mersey Park is a short stroll away and a range of leisure facilities close by make for a strong sense of community, including a social club and a Scout HQ within a few hundred yards and the Europa swimming pool and Vue Cinemas a mile away.

Liverpool city centre is just four miles away, and can be easily accessed by road or train from the nearby Green Lane station. The M53, with great links to Cheshire, is just two miles from your doorstep.
