The best way to get a feel for a new home is to spend time looking round it. This is why, this weekend (11–14 May), Jelson Homes is welcoming house-hunters to Nutbrook Reach, in Ilkeston.

Nutbrook Reach provides a rare opportunity to purchase a stylish home in a small development of just 14 properties. This open-door event will give purchasers the chance to visit the seven remaining two- and three-bedroom properties, priced from £109,950, and take a good look at the quality and size of the homes.

Jackie Woodward, sales manager for Jelson Homes, comments: “Our open-door weekend allows house-hunters to wander around the properties at their leisure, and our expert sales adviser will also be on hand to talk to purchasers about their options. We have only half of the properties left, so I’d urge people to pay us a visit this weekend.”

There’s great news for first-time buyers: Jelson Homes has teamed up with Nottingham Building Society (The Nottingham) to offer potential purchasers a new home with just a five-per-cent deposit. The mortgage is fixed at a rate of 5.79 per cent for three years, with no fees to pay. So, if you’re looking to purchase a new home, Jelson could get you on the property ladder more quickly than you think.

Nutbrook Reach is conveniently situated in the borough of Erewash, in Derbyshire. The town is close to both Derby and Nottingham and offers easy access to the M1 motorway.

To find out more about the remaining homes at Nutbrook Reach, visit the development during 11am–5pm on 11–14 May. Alternatively, visit jelson.co.uk.
