Jelson Homes will be commemorating the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, with the launch of its newest development, in Huncote – Jubilee Gardens. It has been named in honour of the forthcoming celebrations, as have all of the homes, so buyers can expect the royal treatment, when they visit the site.

This small development of three-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes, with many featuring a garage, will give buyers the opportunity to choose from six house styles – the Balmoral, Buckingham, Elizabeth, Kensington, Sandringham and Windsor – named after the Queen and her residences and designed to suit individual tastes and preferences.

The Elizabeth is one of the development’s semi-detached homes. The three-bedroom property features a well-designed kitchen, convenient cloakroom and lounge, on the ground floor. Upstairs is the family bathroom and three bedrooms, with the master bedroom benefiting from an en suite.

Jackie Woodward, sales manager at Jelson Homes, comments: “The nation is gearing up for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, and naming our new site in honour of her majesty is our way of taking part in the festivities and bringing them to the house-hunters of Huncote.”

As with all Jelson homes, you get a lot more for your money than just bricks and mortar. Each property is built to traditional standards, with features such as solid internal walls, fitted kitchens from Jelson’s own workshop and Jelson-made PVCu windows, setting it apart from the competition. Prices, for these particular homes, currently range from £149,950 to £179,950.

Whichever property you choose, it will benefit from a great countryside location which is just 20 minutes* outside of Leicester city centre. Huncote is well served with amenities, including shops, churches, pubs, restaurants and schools. There are also many clubs and sporting facilities for adults and children.

Leicester city centre and the Fosse Park shopping centre are both nearby, for a wider selection of shops. For a change of scenery, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors in the surrounding countryside, including the local nature reserve. Travel links are good, thanks to the nearby M1. Travel to Birmingham, Leicester and Nuneaton is also straightforward, by car or public transport.
