A St Helens housing development is proving to be a hotspot for first time buyers taking their first steps on the property ladder.

Housebuilder Morris has seen an increase in the number of first time buyers seeking a new build property at the popular Waterside Village development, on Lowfield Lane, Lea Green.

“More and more people are buying their first home at Waterside Village,” said Chris Minshall, regional sales director for Morris Homes.

“The development, with its mix of stylish townhouses and larger family homes, has a real community feel.

“We’re also finding that Waterside Village’s central location and good transport links are attracting first time buyers, as it’s an easy commute to St Helens, Liverpool or Manchester.”

Morris’ excellent customer service and support for first time buyers is another reason the housebuilder believes people are choosing to buy with Morris.

Chris Minshall said: “We’re dedicated to making the buying process as simple and stress-free as possible, particularly for first time buyers.

“We understand that first time buyers can often be unsure or confused about the various steps involved in buying a new home.

“We provide advice and support along every step of the way, and can put buyers in touch with an independent financial advisor to discuss mortgage finance.”
First time buyer Clare Waine, 32, recently bought a three-storey townhouse at Waterside Village.

“I am so happy with the service I received from Morris,” said Claire, who previously lived with her parents in Whiston, Merseyside.

“The service was so efficient and everyone was very approachable, and always on hand if I needed any questions answering.

“The sales team is very friendly, and the after-sales care is excellent.”

Morris Homes currently has a range of two and three bedroom homes, starting from just £118,750.
