If you’re keen to move home this summer but are put off by trying to find a buyer for your existing property, then fear not as Taylor Wimpey North West’s Part Exchange scheme is now available in Bromborough and is proving extremely popular with local house hunters.

Linda and John Mealor are one such couple who have taken advantage of the scheme when they bought a four bedroom detached home at Taylor Wimpey’s attractive Watermill Gardens development in Bromborough.

When they decided to move home they didn’t even put their house on the market as they knew they had a guaranteed purchaser for their old house – Taylor Wimpey. John explains: “We had heard about the range of properties at the Watermill Gardens development and that Part Exchange was being offered, so we didn’t bother speaking to an estate agent.

“Carol the sales executive at Watermill Gardens was extremely helpful and by using Part Exchange the whole experience was very easy. We were offered a very good price for our old house and as our new home was already built, we moved in within six weeks.”

John and Linda chose one of the most sought-after house types at Watermill Gardens, the four bedroom Crofton design, which was completed with turf and landscaping to the rear garden.

John continues: “The Crofton is the perfect property for Linda and I – it’s very spacious, has a great layout and is detached. We previously owned an old 1950’s house so it’s wonderful owning a brand new home which is much more manageable and requires no maintenance.”

John adds: “Part exchange is fantastic way to sell your home and certainly makes moving a whole lot easier. I’d recommend the scheme to anybody looking to move who wants to avoid the stresses and strains of finding a buyer!”

David Hnyda, regional sales manager for Taylor Wimpey North West, comments: “We’re delighted that we’ve been able to help Mr & Mrs Mealor make the move into their new home using Part Exchange. We speak to people every week who desperately want to move but are really struggling to sell their current property, which is why the scheme is such a valuable tool. If you’re keen to move out of your old home and into a new one, then head down to Watermill Gardens and find out more.”

Watermill Gardens currently has four bedroom properties available, with prices starting from just £169,950 for the Wilmington home (or from as little as £135,960 through FirstBuy).

Watermill Gardens is located on Magazine Road, close to a wide range of shops, pubs restaurant and leisure facilities. The Croft Retail & Leisure Park, located just off the A41, also features an eleven-screen cinema, a 24 hour ASDA supermarket and a new Tesco HomePlus store.
