A discerning group of VIPs – Very Important Purchasers – enjoyed cocktails and nibbles at the launch of two showhomes at Bluebell Croft, Taylor Wimpey’s development of new homes in Kidsgrove, Stoke-on-Trent.

The guests were excited to be among the first to view the three-bedroom ‘Barwell’ and the four-bedroom ‘Draycott’ showhomes at the special event, held at the collection of new properties in Kidsgrove on Friday 27th July.

Sumptuously decorated with the latest styles, furnishings and accessories, each of the showhomes offered the recent homebuyers an enjoyable insight into what can be achieved with their new houses or apartments in Kidsgrove.

Carl Cooke, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Our expert interior designers worked around the clock to ensure our new show houses in Kidsgrove wowed the high number of attendees during the launch event.

“It was a fitting unveiling for such fabulous designs and we were delighted to see so many of our new homeowners having a great time together.”

The recently opened four-bedroom ‘Draycott’ detached showhome features a spacious lounge, a contemporary kitchen, a separate dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further well-proportioned bedrooms and a main bathroom. Outside, the property benefits from a garage and two allocated parking spaces. Houses of this design are available from only £210,000.

Meanwhile, the three-bedroom ‘Barwell’ showhome features a lounge/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, a kitchen, a guest cloakroom, three bedrooms, a bathroom and two allocated parking spaces. Homes of this design are available from £149,995.

Two-bedroom apartments are currently on sale at Bluebell Croft from as little as £99,995, while alternative three and four-bedroom houses are available from just £149,995 and £197,995 respectively.

To make choosing one of these high-quality homes even more appealing, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives for first-time buyers and those with a property to sell.

The NewBuy scheme, for example, offers credit-worthy purchasers the chance to secure their new home with a 95% loan-to-value mortgage and is suitable for both first-time buyers and those with a property to sell, while Part Exchange sees Taylor Wimpey offer homeowners a guaranteed price for their existing property, based on the average of independent valuations.

Incentives can be tailored to customers’ individual circumstances and are subject to availability, with full details available from the Sales Executive.

Bluebell Croft is located off West Avenue in an established residential area bordered by green open space.

The development enjoys a convenient location close to a range of amenities for day-to-day living, including shops, pubs, places to eat, a supermarket, a library, a health centre, a post office, a bank and schools for children of all ages.

Nearby Stoke-on-Trent has a rich history that grew from the pottery industry, and today is a vibrant city offering great shopping and leisure opportunities. For days out a little further afield, Kidsgrove is within easy reach of both the Peak District and picturesque North Wales.

Bluebell Croft has excellent commuter links, being close to the A34, for convenient access to Newcastle-under-Lyme, plus the A50 for Stoke, while junction 16 of the M6 is just seven miles from home. Kidsgrove railway station offers regular services to Stoke-on-Trent, Derby, Crewe, Manchester and London Euston.
