Just four superb family homes remain for sale at Redrow’s popular development in Bromborough, Wirral.

After a flurry of sales in recent weeks at Dibbin Brook, homebuyers who don’t want to miss out are being advised to act now to snap up one of the final properties. There’s also plenty of motivation to do so, thanks to customers being able to take advantage of 95% mortgages or part exchange.

“Dibbin Brook is a now a well-established community,” said Anita Williams, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW). “We’ve had dozens of happy purchasers move in already and now just four chances remain for others to join them. It really is the last opportunity for people to make this sought after new development their home. After these four homes are sold the development will be complete.”

The remaining properties are all four-bedroom detached family homes, with an emphasis on traditionally styled exterior design and a contemporary up to the minute interior specification.

Anita added: “Our New Heritage Collection homes combine the best of old and new. Period style features bring character to the street scenes plus the homes have all the benefits of being brand new; they are energy efficient, easy to maintain and feature quality fixtures and fittings throughout. It’s a formula that has proved a hit with Wirral homebuyers.”

Helping to make home ownership more achievable for many are the 95% mortgages available through the NewBuy scheme.

“There are many families out there who’d like to own their first home or move up the property ladder but they either don’t have a large deposit saved up or don’t have substantial equity in the property they already own. A 95% mortgage through NewBuy offers them a solution,” said Anita.

Alternatively, purchasers with a property to sell can opt to use part exchange at Dibbin Brook. Redrow will arrange for a customer’s current property to be valued and aim to make them an offer within a few days. Redrow then effectively acts as a guaranteed cash buyer so there’s no need for purchasers to worry about getting caught up in a chain.

Tucked away off the A41, close to Port Sunlight village, Dibbin Brook enjoys easy access to Liverpool, Chester and Manchester by road or rail, and a wealth of local amenities nearby.

Prices on the final four homes range from £226,500 to £269,995.
