Finsbury Park Place apartments selling fast

Just three months after they were launched by award-winning developer Lovell, properties at Finsbury Park Place – a fabulously located new development of 42 stylish balconied apartments in London N4 - have been selling like hotcakes.
“Finsbury Park Place is proving to be one of our fastest-selling new developments this summer,” says Tracey Maile, Lovell regional sales manager. “We had reservations on five properties before we launched in May and now we’ve already sold almost all of the 21 apartments in one of the villas. I think homebuyers have been attracted by the fantastic central location overlooking Finsbury Park, the very high-quality specification of the apartments and the prices, which start at £263,000.”
The development features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and four three-bedroom luxury penthouses in two unique villa buildings in Queen’s Drive with views across 115 acres of leafy Finsbury Park, one of London’s largest green spaces. Finsbury Park Place is great for transport links with nearby Finsbury Park rail and bus stations and Arsenal and Manor House undergrounds providing a short commute to the City, West End and other Central London areas. “Gatwick and Heathrow airports are also within an hour’s train journey,” explains Tracey. “And there’s a great choice of local schools and fashionable shops, restaurants and bars along with attractions like Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium and excellent sports and leisure venues nearby.”
Remaining apartments expected to sell fast
All the apartments feature an open-plan design with spacious and flexible living / dining accommodation and underfloor heating. They also come with a fully-fitted and equipped Paula Rosa kitchen with high-specification Bosch oven, hob and cooker hood as well as integrated washer-dryer, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. On running costs, the apartments meet Level 4 standard of the Code for Sustainable Homes, making them 44 per cent more energy-efficient than properties built to current Building Regulations.
“Des res accommodation at an affordable price in London doesn’t get much better than this,” says Tracey. “We have just one three-bedroom apartment left in the first villa and we will be releasing 21 new apartments in the second villa on the open market around November-December time. Judging by the interest we’ve had so far, we don’t expect these fantastic properties to be on the market for very long.”
