Five per cent deposits for Warrington first-time buyers
Local housebuilder Morris is helping Warrington first-time buyers get on the property ladder by offering its Great Start scheme at the popular Edgewater Park development.
The scheme means first-time buyers only need to put down a five per cent deposit – an essential feature as recent research shows that raising a deposit is still the main concern for 33 per cent of first-time buyers.
