New Homes at Church Fields

Homebuyers have been a source of inspiration for a brand new range of properties at a popular Liverpool development.

Customers helped shape the way housebuilder Lovell drew up the new designs as part of their commitment to deliver a quality service at Church Fields.

Two show homes have just opened at the development to show case the new phase of three and four bedroom homes, which includes a collection of new house types, many situated in an appealing private cul-de-sac.

Michelle Shaw, field sales manager for Lovell, said: “Customer service is more than just a performance indicator to us; it is a way of life.

“So we asked what homebuyers wanted before we designed our new range of houses and judging by how well they have been received, our customers certainly know that we listened to their views.”

The three-bedroom ‘Goodwood’ and ‘Hawkwood’ show homes are impressive examples, which are ideal for both first time buyers and families.

With some properties ready to move into in November, the first customers to sample the new homes in Garston under the Bridge, could be in their new homes before Christmas.

Lovell is now offering the Government-backed NewBuy scheme at Church Fields, so homebuyers can opt for a 95% fixed-rate mortgage and they’ll only need a 5% deposit.

Homes are available from £131,500 and customers could purchase with a deposit of as little as £6,575.

NewBuy is available on homes up to £500,000, so whether they’re a first time buyer without a large deposit, or someone looking to move up to the property ladder without substantial equity in their current home, the NewBuy scheme could make a move possible.

Michelle added: “NewBuy is just one of the ways we could help get homebuyers moving, but we can tailor incentives to suit different purchasers’ needs. There’s no obligation for those who just want to visit the development to find out more.

Homebuyers can reach Church Fields, just off Banks Road, by trains, boats and planes thanks to its location close to Liverpool South Parkway Station, just two miles to Liverpool John Lennon Airport and five miles to the city’s ferry port.

The stylish range of three and four bedroom homes all come complete with contemporary kitchens including a stainless steel Bosch oven, hob and extractor hood and smart white bathrooms and en-suites.

Home buyers can view 360 degree tours of the new show homes at Lovell’s new website lovellnewhomes.co.uk.
