Home owners who want to move to a stylish new home in Liverpool could find it’s easier than they anticipated with help from Redrow.

The award-winning developer is offering to help customers sell the property they want to move from through its Mastermove initiative.

And this weekend (October 20-21) Redrow is hosting a special event at The Avenue at Summerhill Park in Thingwall Lane to explain how the scheme works; while over at Cressington Heath near Garston on Saturday (October 20) a homebuyers’ surgery takes place to explain the various incentives available including Mastermove and NewBuy.

Julie Harper, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), explains: “The choice of homes and the high specification we offer as standard means that our two Liverpool developments are attracting keen interest from purchasers. And while we have experienced sales success we have found that those with an existing property to sell have been reluctant to commit before they’ve secured a buyer.

“What they may not realise is that we can help with our Mastermove service. We’ll enlist the services of a tried and tested local agent to market the customer’s existing property and monitor their activity. When the sale is complete we’ll pay the agent’s fees leaving the client free to purchase one of our new homes.”

During Saturday’s event at Cressington Heath buyers will also be able to discover how they could purchase a brand new home with a 5% deposit and 95% mortgage through the NewBuy initiative.

Redrow’s friendly experienced sales team will guide customers through the buying process and match them with their perfect property; while mortgage specialists will be available to provide would-be home owners with a financial health check and help them find the right mortgage product for their individual circumstances.

Between them The Avenue and Cressington Heath offer a good selection of three and four-bedroom homes that are equally well-suited to those who want to climb the property ladder or downsize to somewhere smaller.

With double glazing and central heating included as standard, those who move from an older property to a brand new one can look forward to a warmer winter and potentially lower fuel bills.

Along with energy efficient measures, the homes boast a host of other features designed for ease of living including convivial open plan layouts and well equipped kitchens, plus stylish bathrooms and en-suites with quality fixtures and fittings.
