Miller Homes provides an extra warm welcome

Miller Homes is helping new residents to settle into its developments throughout the East Midlands with an extra special welcome pack.

The award-winning housebuilder is trialling the new pack in the region with the intention of rolling it out to other areas if it proves to be a hit.

The pack contains everything that the buyer will need in the first few days of being in their new home. Items include everything from a range of kitchen equipment, refreshments and toys for children to general items for around the home, such as paint rollers and cleaning products.

Paul Walters, regional sales manager for Miller Homes in the East Midlands, said that the region is a great place to trial the welcome pack:
