Final four homes at Hillside Park

Time is running out for those who want to own a brand new home at Hillside Park, Stoke, where the final countdown is now on.

Following a surge of sales there are now only four homes available at the popular development from Elan Homes.

And thanks to incentives designed to help get people moving, it won’t be long before the final homes are sold.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North says, “We’re fast approaching the end of Hillside Park, where many of the homes are already occupied. Prices at Hillside Park start from £134,995 or an initial outlay of £114,746 with Elan Homebuy. The incentive is designed to help first time buyers onto the property ladder by offering them the chance to take out an interest-free 10 year loan for up to 15% of the price of selected properties.

Alternatively, home owners who want to climb the property ladder could take advantage of part exchange and let Elan buy their old home so that they can buy a brand new one quickly and simply without complicated chain delays.

“Part exchange has proven particularly popular and we’re working with several potential purchasers who want to move without the hassle of having to find a buyer for the home they’ve outgrown,” Marie adds.

“As we fast approach a sell-out it could be the difference between having to stay put in a house that’s too small and giving your family the space it needs.”

All four of the remaining homes at Hillside Park are almost ready to move into, including the four-bedroom Malvern. It’s on the market at £189,995 with fitted carpets and turfed rear garden included in the price.

The Malvern enjoys an open plan layout with combined kitchen, dining area and family room, separate lounge and cloaks to the ground floor; upstairs the en-suite shower room to the master bedroom complements the family bathroom.
