Goodness Mii, my servicing is free

Seat Mii

SEAT is offering free servicing for up to three years or 30,000 miles (whichever comes sooner) with every Mii sold with Solutions from SEAT Finance – that’s the personal contract purchase (PCP) scheme that gets a buyer into the car from as little as £136 per month, with no deposit.

In addition, every Mii Ecomotive, SE or Sport model bought between now and 31 December 2012 will get a free SEAT Portable System, worth £275.

Thanks to these offers there’s never been a better time to buy a new Mii; as well as being one of the most versatile, highest quality and most striking city cars ever built, it’s also one of the most cost-effective.

SEAT already provides one of the best value, most easy to understand servicing packages in the industry, with the ‘It’s Fixed’ deal giving customers great value fixed pricing across all models; any SEAT owner can have a minor service for just £129, and a major one for £249.

For those buyers whose needs extend beyond a city car, the Ibiza supermini and Leon hatchback both become more financially alluring too, thanks to a VAT-free offer on selected models.

Every Ibiza powered by the 1.4-litre 85PS petrol engine, in any of its three body styles, is subject to the VAT-free offer, as are Leon models in S Copa and SE Copa specification. In addition, the Ibiza ST specifically can be bought with two years 0% finance on hire purchase (HP), as opposed to the standard (but still appealing) 8.9% PCP rate.

For example, without VAT the price of an Ibiza SC 1.4 SE is slashed from £12,115 to £10,125. So, a buyer covering 10,000 miles per year could get into the stylish three-door supermini for 41 monthly payments of just £192 on a PCP, with no deposit.

And a Leon 1.2 TSI 105 PS S Copa can be on the driveway for as little as £179 per month, having had its retail price cut by a whopping £2,731 by removing the VAT.

The Leon S and SE Copa are two of the most highly specified cars SEAT has ever produced, with the former boasting 16-inch alloy wheels, front fog lights with cornering function, dual zone climate control and cruise control. SE Copa specification adds SEAT’s latest touch screen multimedia system, including satellite navigation and Bluetooth telephone connectivity, as well as rear parking sensors, light-sensing headlamps, and rain-sensing wipers.

For bigger or more powerful models in the SEAT family, SEAT Finance is offering a very tempting 0% finance over three years for HP purchases, with a 35% deposit, or alternatively a competitive 8.9% interest rate with a £2,000 deposit contribution on a SEAT Solutions PCP scheme.

That covers FR, FR+, Supercopa and Cupra R versions of the Leon, as well as the Altea, Altea XL, Exeo, Exeo ST and multi-award-winning Alhambra.

Extending these attractive finance deals across the entire range for the remainder of the year will help keep SEAT on track for a record breaking 2012, with the company’s sales and market share both on course to be its best ever.

September 2012 saw more SEAT cars leave showrooms than in any other month in its history, with 7,739 registered, giving the company a record 2.15% market share. At the end of September SEAT’s year-to-date market share was 1.88%, meaning the company is currently on track to beat its best overall yearly market share, set in 2011 at 1.86%.

“At a time when family budgets are especially stretched, we’re delighted to be able to offer SEAT buyers some brilliant cost-cutting solutions, like free servicing on the Mii, zero percent finance, and low monthly payments across the entire model range,” said SEAT UK Head of Operations Ashley Andrew.

“From a flexible city car like the Mii, to a high performance hot hatch like the Leon Cupra R, and a seven-seat, do-it-all MPV like the Alhambra, there’s a SEAT to suit every need, and each at a price that won’t break the bank.

“We’re hoping to break records by making 2012 our best year ever for UK sales, but in 2013 there’s even more to look forward to: the new Toledo will give customers amazing value and practicality, and we begin selling the all-new Leon in March, which for the first time ever will become a three-strong family of models, extending its appeal further than ever before,” he continued.

Each of the above offers is part of SEAT’s Q4 campaign, which runs from 15 October to 31 December 2012.
