There are now only four detached properties left at Morris’ Rivington View development in Chorley.

To help buyers purchase the remaining homes, which are all large four-bedroom properties, they are available under Morris’ own 100 per cent part-exchange scheme or the government-led NewBuy scheme.

Under the part exchange initiative Morris will purchase the househunters existing property for its full market value, allowing them to invest in their new home without delay.

The NewBuy scheme is available to both first-time buyers and existing homeowners and means they can apply for a 95 per cent mortgage and benefit from a deposit of just five per cent.
