Buyers looking to upgrade to a spacious family home in Amber Valley are being urged to head to Morris Homes’ popular Swanwick development before it is too late.

Morris has only four properties remaining at its sought-after St Andrew’s Place development on Ashton Close, which was launched seven months ago. The mix of three and four-bedroom detached new build homes available include the housebuilder’s traditional Dunham property.

Morris is also offering a helpful solution for buyers that are struggling to sell their current home and move up the property ladder. Its Part Exchange scheme sees the developer purchase the homeowner’s existing property for 100 per cent of its market value, speeding up the moving process at the exclusive site.

Cindy Vials, regional sales director at Morris, said: “Buyers have flocked to St Andrew’s Place in the search for a quality detached home that offers lots of space for their growing family, and we urge interested househunters to head to the site to secure a property before their chance is gone.

“The Part Exchange scheme removes the hassle associated with long property chains, and provides a guaranteed moving date for househunters, allowing them to plan their move into their busy lifestyle.”

St Andrew’s Place combines an idyllic village location with simple access to the A38 and M1, offering an easy commute to nearby Nottingham, Derby and Sheffield for buyers.

Cindy added: “The superb countryside location offered at St Andrew’s Place is a popular feature with homeowners looking to settle in a relaxing community with great transport links.”

Morris has four three and four-bedroom properties remaining at St Andrew’s Place, which are available from £194,750.
