Reserve a Miller Home and receive £2500 John Lewis vouchers

11th December 2012 Print

To celebrate the season of goodwill, Miller Homes is getting into the festive spirit this Christmas by offering a cracker of a deal at three of its Fife-based developments.

Househunters who make a new reservation before 19th December at Regents Park, Primrose Hill and Balbirnie Bridge will receive £2500 worth of John Lewis vouchers which they can use to buy furnishings for their new home.

And with prices starting at just £199,995 for a four bedroom family home, Miller Homes is making it even easier to own a brand new property thanks to its unique Home Exchange incentive.

Different from traditional part exchange, which usually requires a home owner to purchase a property worth at least 30 per cent more than their existing home to qualify, Miller Homes' Home Exchange scheme enables buyers to swap their old home for a brand new one, even if there is no difference between the value of the two, subject to qualifying criteria.

Anne Marie Britton, Sales Director at Miller Homes Scotland East, said: “Christmas is coming and we want to make it easier for people to be able to buy a brand new home. Our Home Exchange is a fantastic incentive as it takes the uncertainty out of buying and selling and enables housebuyers to move in one easy step.

“And as a little extra Christmas treat we’re giving away £2500 of John Lewis vouchers to those who reserve at Regents Park, Primrose Hill and Balbirnie Bridge which will no doubt come in handy when they get the keys to their new Miller home in the New Year.”

For more information, go to millerhomes.co.uk. The sales centres are open Thursday to Monday from 11am to 6pm. Househunters can also logon via the Miller Homes’ website to book an appointment with an adviser at the development.
