Homeowners could look forward to a quick and easy move from old to new with help from part exchange from Redrow.

The time and money saving incentive is available at Mill Hill in Bingham, where some of the homes are now ready to be occupied. It means buyers could be just weeks away from moving into a stylish new home that’s easy to manage and efficient to run.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow homes (Midlands), explains: “Part exchange is designed to speed up the home buying process and means that those who can’t wait to buy won’t have to wait to sell. They’ll simply be able to trade in their existing property towards the cost of a new one as we’ll effectively act as a cash buyer. There are no agents’ fees to pay and there’s no need to wait for the previous owner to move out before they can move in.”

Mill Hill offers a good choice of three, four and five-bedroom homes, with prices ranging from £174,995 to £314,995.

Among them is the four-bedroom Portswood on the market and ready to move into from £299,995.

It’s a substantial family home designed with ease of living in mind.

The open plan kitchen and family room is a real sociable space, which is complemented by a separate lounge plus a dining room. There’s also a study which provides the ideal setting for older children to do their homework away from distractions.

Upstairs, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite, while two of the bedrooms share a ‘Jack and Jill’ style shower room effectively leaving the family bathroom to serve the remaining bedroom.

“Our new homes boast a specification that’s hard to beat and one that’s certainly almost unrivalled among the second hand sector. Kitchens are well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances including oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer; while bathrooms and en-suites enjoy quality and fixtures and fittings,” Pauline added.

“Another big plus is the ease of maintenance and the built-in energy efficiency measures. With double glazing and central heating included as standard they’re potentially cheaper to run than their second hand counterparts, so householders should save money on fuel bills.”

Set on the edge of Bingham, in Mallow Way, the homes enjoy easy access to the town centre with its weekly market and range of high street stores.
