Moving house can be an exciting, yet daunting experience – particularly if you have an existing property to sell.

However, Linden Homes’ popular Part Exchange scheme is designed to take the hassle out of moving - and a special weekend is being staged to show buyers just how simple the process can be.

Linden Homes’ popular King Edgar’s Court development in the East Yorkshire town of Howden is staging a Part Exchange Weekend during January 12/13 - giving potential customers the chance to get moving in 2013.

Under part exchange, Linden Homes will obtain three independent valuations on your existing property from local agents on your behalf.

Providing you and your existing property meet certain criteria, Linden Homes will then make you an offer for your existing property, based on the valuation reports by the local estate agents, leaving you free to reserve your new dream home.

Linden Homes connections and marketing manager Gizzy Murray said: “It couldn’t be simpler, and with this special Park Exchange weekend guiding potential customers through the process, a wish to move home in 2013 can become a reality.”

Located in the heart of Howden, the selection of 54 two, three and four-bedroom homes at King Edgar’s Court are built within the shadows of the St Peter and St Paul Minster Church.

The development is perfectly positioned a comfortable seven miles Selby and 25 miles from historic York, and also provides excellent links to the M62.

The Part Exchange Weekend will run from 10.30am until 5pm on both days, and more details about current prices and availability are available from by visiting lindenhomes.co.uk.
