There’s no better way to get a feel for a new property than to spend time looking around it. This is why Peveril Homes is inviting all house-hunters to Beaurepaire at Alton Manor, in Belper, this weekend (12 and 13 January).

The leading housebuilder will be holding a special open weekend, during which purchasers can view all of the available homes and take a good look at the quality and size of the properties on offer. What’s more, during the weekend, there will be mortgage advisers on hand to answer any questions which visitors may have.

At this Derbyshire development, there is a selection of three- and four-bedroom properties. Available from £179,950, these detached and semi-detached homes are ideal for a host of buyers, including couples, families and those looking to downsize.

Angela Thomas, sales and marketing manager for Peveril Homes, comments: “This event will allow house-hunters to see, at first hand, the quality of a Peveril home. The experts will be available on both days to help anyone who has questions about part exchange*, so I’d urge people to pay us a visit this weekend.”

Peveril knows that buying and selling can be time-consuming and stressful – which is why it offers part exchange: ideal for anyone who has a home to sell. With the scheme, Peveril will purchase the buyer’s house at full market value, taking away the burden of selling.

Angela Thomas continues: “We have tried to make moving house as easy as possible, much of this thanks to the part-exchange option available here, at Beaurepaire. The scheme is designed to make moving easier than traditional methods and hassle free, allowing you to enjoy moving in to your new home.”

One of the desirable properties available to part exchange is the Lichfield, currently priced at £207,950. The three-bedroom detached home features a spacious lounge, dining room, kitchen and convenient cloakroom on the ground floor. Leading upstairs, you will find the family bathroom and three well-proportioned bedrooms, with the master featuring the luxury of an en suite bathroom.

Beaurepaire is situated off Nailers Way, in Belper, on the edge of the Peak District. With unspoilt natural beauty on the doorstep and a wealth of local amenities available, it’s no wonder that this thriving market town is a popular place to call home.

The development couldn’t be better located to access the county’s capital city, Derby. For travelling further afield, the nearby A6 and A38 offer convenient links to the UK’s road network, while Derby boasts a mainline railway station, with direct routes to London St Pancras International.
