House hunters looking for a new family home in St Helens should visit Taylor Wimpey North West’s Cunningham Grange development in the town, where the leading house builder is holding an ‘Open House’ event on 12th and 13th January from 11am – 5.30pm.

Visitors will get the chance to view plot 166, a prototype of the beautiful four bedroom Wilmington home. Following feedback from consumer research, the ground floor layout has been changed in this particular Wilmington home, to display an open plan living option, allowing more living space for residents to enjoy.

During the Open House weekend house hunters will also be able to view additional homes, which are available for immediate occupation, including a three bedroom Bancroft design.

Lynne Vogel, regional sales manager for Taylor Wimpey North West, said: “Cunningham Grange has attracted a great deal of interest from a wide variety of house hunters due to the development’s excellent location, the variety of homes available and the extremely competitive prices we offer.

“The new year often encourages a great number of people to start their search for a new home, which is why we are hosting our Open House event. We want to enable house hunters to see first-hand the benefits of the Wilmington home as well as a selection of alternative properties we have currently available at Cunningham Grange.”

This semi-detached Wilmington home offers ample living accommodation across three floors. The property is completed with parking and is priced from just £176,995 (or from as little as 141,596 with FirstBuy). Visitors at the Open House event will be given the opportunity to take a tour of this prototype property to view the benefits of this desirable new layout.

Alternative properties will also be available to view at the event and include a selection of three and four bedroom homes, with prices starting from £147,950 (or from as little as £118,360 with FirstBuy) for the three bedroom Bancroft.

Lynne concludes: “As we have a limited number of homes available for immediate occupation we’re not expecting them to remain on the price list for too much longer, so if you’re keen to move and fancy an enviable new home in St Helens, I’d encourage you to come along to the event to find out more.”

Cunningham Grange is close to a wide range of local amenities for day-to-day living, both in the immediate area and nearby Eccleston. There’s also an excellent range of restaurants, pubs and bars locally. In addition, there are fantastic educational facilities for all ages, including several primary and secondary schools along with sixth form colleges.
