Sales success for Elan Homes means the developer is moving out of its show home at Cedars View in Mickle Trafford and into another property within the development.

Homes in the Cheshire village are much sought-after and buyers have been keen to purchase properties within the exclusive gated development.

Show homes have played a key part in the popularity of Cedars View, as Andrew Robertson, senior sales manager for Elan Homes in the North, explains.

“The Faversham was our first show home at Cedars View and gave buyers a real insight into the layout, quality and finish we offer. It effectively sold itself and it wasn’t long before we moved into the Weston. Now that’s been sold too, we’ve decorated and furnished plot five, an example of the Mellor house type, so that potential purchasers can look around and sample life in this stylish property,” he said.

“The fact that two of our show homes have been sold, is evidence that we know what people want and can deliver properties that not only meet but exceed their expectations as we’ve had some fantastic feedback from visitors. We hope people will be equally impressed by the Mellor.”

Priced at £439,995, the Mellor is a substantial five-bedroom home. This double fronted property features a spacious lounge and dedicated dining room, with open plan kitchen and family room with utility and WC to the rear.

Upstairs, both the master bedroom and second bedroom enjoy en-suite facilities, reducing the morning rush for the family bathroom, which is shared by the remaining three bedrooms.

Part exchange is available to help those climbing the property ladder move to Cedars View.

“With part exchange Elan will arrange for the customer’s home to be valued by two local agents before making an offer on that property and effectively becoming a cash buyer. The transaction could be complete in as little as 28 days with no hidden costs or hold ups. We will even pay for the survey and the agent’s fees,” Andrew adds.

Located in Plemstall Lane, Cedars View enjoys a quiet rural setting in a neighbourhood with a real sense of community. There’s a village school, farm shop and handmade bread shop nearby along with country pubs and restaurants.

Chester is only a short journey away if business or pleasure necessitate a trip to the city, while Liverpool and Manchester can be reached in less than an hour.

To view the new show home and find out more about moving to Mickle Trafford, visit Cedars View, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm.
