24th January 2013 Print

Miller Homes, the five-star housebuilder, has released a new phase of three bedroom homes at its Regents Park development in Crossgates.

The sought-after features of the three bedroom Cather, Irvine and Stanton housetypes are ideal for families, young couples or downsizers who require extra living space for guests.

The Cather is a practical and spacious home. It boasts three generous sized bedrooms – the master bedroom with an en-suite. The open plan-kitchen and family/dining area is likely to become the hub of the home, and with the French doors leading directly out to the garden, gives another dimension to entertaining in style.

The stunning lounge of the Stanton with double aspect windows is a superb and inspiring space to come home to after the events of a busy day. With the combination of separate rooms for the stylish kitchen and formal dining area, this is a perfectly designed and truly spacious home to share with family and friends.

One house type definitely worth visiting is the three bedroom Irvine. Behind its striking and imposing exterior, the imaginative ground floor layout enables the family kitchen to link to the living room by stylish double doors, allowing the two rooms to be opened into an exciting, adaptable entertaining area. Upstairs, the three bedrooms include a large, comfortable master suite and a dual-aspect dormer room of immense character and charm.

Anne Marie Britton, Sales Director for Miller Homes Scotland East, said: “Irrespective of economic conditions, buyers always look for a home that is the best they can afford. Increasingly, they are prepared to consider an easy commute from home to work if it means they own a home that moves them up the property ladder whilst representing good value for money.

“Regents Park ticks all those boxes – amazing three bedroom homes with prices starting at £155,000, views over fields and open landscapes, but only a few minutes from the Forth Road Bridge and main road and rail routes around Scotland.

“At this time, we know that buyers are still experiencing financial pressures and we are doing all that we can to support them, by keeping our prices competitive and using innovative ways to help buyers fund their new homes. Taken all together, that’s why a home at Regents Park is now well within reach of many housebuyers.”

Prices start at £155,000 or £131,000 with MiWay, Miller Homes’ unique equity loan scheme.

MiWay enables housebuyers to own 100% of their home immediately whilst only needing to find finance for 85% of the purchase price. Eligible buyers who take advantage of MiWay receive a loan from Miller Homes for the remaining 15% of the purchase price of their selected property repayable within 10 years or on the sale of the property if before then.

For more information, go to millerhomes.co.uk. The sales centres are open Thursday to Monday from 11am to 6pm. Househunters can also logon via the Miller Homes’ website to book an appointment with an adviser at the development.
