The build up begins to new Miller Homes developments

Miller Homes East Midlands has announced more details on two of its new developments for 2013.
Brookfields in Sileby and Weavers Court in Castle Donington are both set to begin taking reservations from March, with interest in both new sites already incredibly high.
Situated on Seagrave Road in Sileby, Brookfields will offer buyers a choice of over 100 two, three, four and five-bedroom properties.
Amongst the first properties to be released for sale at the development will be the three-bedroom Montgomery and the four-bedroom Stevenson, Wells, Glenmuir, Soar and Coniston style properties. Also available will be the Jura, a spacious, five-bedroom family home with gallery landing, integral double garage and en-suites to both the master and second bedrooms.
The first phase of properties at Brookfields will be released for sale when the marketing centre opens its doors in March.
Also due to launch in March, Weavers Court, based off Park Lane in Castle Donington, will be home to over 50 two, three and four-bedroom properties.
As part of phase one, the first properties to be available on the development will be the three-bedroom Auden style home, the four-bedroom Buchan and the Stevenson, a four-bedroom detached family home with an open plan kitchen and dining area and an en-suite master bedroom.
Paul Walters, associate director at Miller Homes East Midlands, believes that both new developments will offer something unique to buyers in the region:
“Brookfields will be a major addition to our Leicestershire portfolio and almost 100 potential buyers have already registered their interest, which is exceptional at this stage of the building process. The development’s village location and proximity to both Loughborough and Leicester are set to make it an extremely desirable neighbourhood.
“Weavers Court is obviously much smaller in size, but out of 55 properties, approximately 40 of those will have different elevations, so architecturally, the development will have a lot of character. It’s also ideally situated for Leicester, Nottingham and Derby, so the team is anticipating a lot of interest.
“As with all our developments, both Brookfields and Weavers Court will reflect the quality and value for money that Miller is renowned for, and provide buyers with a range of purchase incentives to make the process simple and stress free. We look forward to announcing more details over the coming weeks.”
Further new developments to be introduced into Miller Homes’ East Midlands portfolio for 2013 include an exclusive site on Berry Hill Lane, in Berry Hill, North Nottinghamshire, where 18 new homes will be built. This will be joined by a 127-property development off Sheffield Road in Chesterfield.
