January sales top £6.5m for developer in early 2013 success

The new year has got off to a flying start for Linden Homes – with the company selling an average of a home a day for the entire month of January!

In the first month of 2013 – Linden Homes’ Northern region has reported gross sales of around £6.5 million at its developments across North East Lincolnshire, East Riding and Humberside – equating to around 34 properties.

Keen home hunters have been snapping up Linden Homes properties at the rate of around one a day through the month of January.

The past year has seen the launch of number of brand new developments at locations, including Methley, North Ferriby and York - marking a further expansion of the company.

Many home hunters have and continue to reserve their brand new property from plan at a number of developments, securing early release prices.

Developer and government-led incentives are continuing to offer assistance to those either looking to move up or onto the housing ladder – as more and more purchasers made Linden Homes their builder of choice.

Sales director Steve Woomble said: “During January we have effectively seen one house sale per day – with our sales up by £1.5 million on the same time last year.
