With five sales secured even before the show home opens, Elan Homes is confident that its Waters Edge development has the edge on the Nantwich property market.

The popularity of the homes is attributed to the tranquil waterside location, close to the banks of the Shropshire Union Canal, plus the high specification offered by Elan.

And with a show home opening this weekend (March 2nd), the developer is anticipating further success.

Andrew Robertson, senior sales manager for Elan Homes in the North, says: “Because Waters Edge is such an intimate development, comprising just 13 properties, there’s been a real buzz about the place as people are eager to buy here. Along with the five buyers we’ve already signed up, we have a strong database of others who were awaiting the show home before making a commitment. We’re sure they’ll love the looks created by our interior designers and the good news is that if they buy early on they’ll be able to style their new home to their own personal tastes.”

Four-bedroom properties at Waters Edge are available in a choice of styles, with current prices from £289,995.

By viewing the Bunbury show home potential purchasers will be able to appreciate the high quality offered by Elan.

The Bunbury is a well designed four-bedroom detached family home.

From the moment visitors step inside the property into the hallway they’re sure to be impressed.

The open plan kitchen, dining area and family room is a really sociable space and is complemented by a separate spacious lounge for quieter moments.

Upstairs the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite, with the remaining three-bedrooms sharing the family bathroom.

“Viewing the show home at Waters Edge is essential for anyone who’s considering moving to a new home in Nantwich. We’re confident that once people see what we have to offer they won’t be disappointed and we’ll be able to build on our ‘off plan’ success,” Andrew adds.

“Our sales rate to date may lead those with a property to sell to fear they’ll have to miss out, but that’s not necessarily the case. We may be able to offer part exchange, effectively buying the customer’s home from them so that they can avoid the stress of finding a buyer. They won’t have to worry about getting caught up in a chain that could delay moving day and there will be no estate agent’s fees to pay.

Located in Marsh Lane, just of Welsh Row, the development is well placed with easy access to local amenities including restaurants, sports and leisure facilities and a wealth of shops in Nantwich town centre.
