Elan builds on its success

Housebuilder Elan Homes has added a site in the Cheshire village of Mouldsworth to its rapidly expanding portfolio.

The acquisition of the 1.7 acre site in Station Road will enable the developer to build on its considerable success in Cheshire.

Sales have been going well at their popular Riverside at the Racecourse development in Chester which has now sold out, while over at Cedars View in Mickle Trafford there is only one property still available.

Buyers are also showing a keen interest in homes at The Maples in Crewe and Waters Edge in Nantwich.

Along with building new homes, Elan has committed to the local area and will make contributions to affordable housing, play provision and highways improvements.

The site is next to Moulsdworth train station and as good neighbours, Elan has agreed to improve the station car park including resurfacing and a dedicated access for residents of the new homes.

Known as Forest Rise, the name of the development was inspired by nearby Delamere Forest which will offer residents the chance to enjoy the great outdoors close to home

The first properties at Forest Rise will be released for sale in spring/summer.
