First time buyer event in Grimsby
With the chance to own a brand new home with a deposit of less than £7,000, first time buyers in Grimsby could find they’re priced in to and not out of the property market.
Both FirstBuy and NewBuy offer the chance to purchase a property with just a relatively small deposit of around 5% and to guide customers through the various incentives, Redrow is hosting a special first time buyers event at Kirk’s Paddock this Sunday (March 17).

The scheme offers first time buyers with household earnings of less than £60,000 the chance to take out an equity loan for up to 20% of the purchase price, enabling them to save them thousands of pounds off the initial cost of setting up home.
It means a three-bedroom home could be snapped up for an initial outlay of just £106,360.
