Langhorne Place: Offering flexible routes into home ownership in Dollis Hill

20th March 2013 Print

If you’re looking for a new home in Dollis Hill, look no further than Langhorne Place, a brand new development of contemporary one and two-bedroom apartments. Due to launch in spring, Network Housing Group is offering a flexible approach to home ownership, with a number of ways to buy and prospective purchasers are now invited to register their interest.

Purchasers who don’t have access to a large deposit should take a look at the shared ownership apartments, where Network Housing Group will be offering 40 per cent shares in the one-bedroom apartments and 35 per cent shares in the two-bedroom apartments.

Jeremy Stibbe, Group Business Development Director at Network Housing Group, comments: “We’re able to offer these lovely new homes to a wide range of purchasers – those able to buy outright but also those who may be struggling to raise a large enough deposit in order to buy their first home. Shared ownership is a very flexible and affordable route into home ownership.”

The apartments at Langhorne Place will be built to a comprehensive specification and will benefit from underground parking. Many ground floor apartments will include a private garden, while others will have a balcony. There will be plenty of green spaces for residents to enjoy, from landscaped areas to a communal roof terrace, which offer wonderful views towards neighbouring Gladstone Park.

Langhorne Place is around 1.3 miles to Dollis Hill and Neasden underground stations, providing fast connections into Central London. The development benefits from easy access to the A406 (North Circular), M1 and A5 road networks. Brent Cross shopping centre is also nearby and offers a wide range of shops and restaurants.

Prices for the stunning new homes at Langhorne Place are yet to be released. For more information or to register your interest in the homes for sale, visit langhorneplace.co.uk.
