The opening of a show homes has proved to be the key to sales success for Elan Homes in Crewe, where there are now only two properties still available.

The limited availability at The Maples in Dane Bank Avenue means buyers must hurry if they want to avoid being disappointed.

Sue Irving, field sales manager for Elan Homes in the North, says: “The Maples got off to a flying start with two sales secured even before the show home opened and the success we have seen since then has been phenomenal. In a matter of weeks we’ve sold five properties, which means we now have just two homes still available at this hugely popular development. We knew that people were keen to move here, but we’ve been overwhelmed by the level of interest from buyers and anticipate that it won’t be long before we’re celebrating a sell-out. Anyone hoping to purchase a property here really must act fast, before it’s too late.”

The final homes available are both four-bedroom detached properties – a Lostock, priced at £199,995 and a Lincoln available from £224,995.

To the ground floor of the Lostock there’s an inviting lounge, a combined kitchen and dining room, plus a utility and WC.

Upstairs, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room with the remaining three double bedrooms sharing the family bathroom.

The Lincoln is a well planned home that makes the most of the space available. It features a separate lounge, dining room and kitchen plus WC on the ground floor.

On the first floor there’s a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, two further double bedrooms, a single bedroom that could be utilised as a study, plus the family bathroom.

“House hunters are invited to come and view the show home at The Maples as it will help them appreciate the high quality finish we insist upon in all of our homes,” Sue adds.

“They’ll soon realise that they’ll be able to purchase their ideal home without having to worry about finding extra cash for repairs or modernisation, which an older property is likely to require.”

And while the limited availability may lead homeowners to fear they will miss out on a move to The Maples, with part exchange available they could simply trade in their current property towards the cost of a new one.

Located in Dane Bank Avenue, in area well served by schools, The Maples is sure to be popular with families. Crewe is known for its transport links and with the train station just over a mile away, plus easy access to the motorway network, the development is the perfect base for commuters.

To be in with a chance of purchasing one of the final homes, visit the sales office, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm.
