The countdown has begun to the launch of a new development from Miller Homes East Midlands, which is set to be one of its most exclusive in Nottinghamshire to date.

The award-winning housebuilder has revealed that the site, in the Berry Hill area of North Nottinghamshire, will be known as Royal View, reflecting the area’s history as a royal manor.

Spread across 2.9-acres, the development is situated just off Berry Hill Lane and will offer potential buyers a choice of just 18 three, four and five-bedroom homes when the sales centre opens for reservations in early summer.

Amongst the first properties to be released for sale will be the three-bedroom Hawthorne style home and the four-bedroom Stevenson. Also available will be the four-bedroom Soar family property, which features an exceptionally spacious lounge, en-suites to the master and second bedrooms, and a separate family room.

Commenting on the build up to the development, Paul Walters, associate director at Miller Homes East Midlands, said: “They say the best things come in small packages and Royal View is certainly not an exception, with just 18 homes available.

“Set in one of North Nottinghamshire’s most desirable suburbs and within easy travelling distance of both Nottingham city centre and Mansfield, and the amenities they offer, we know that this will be a popular development amongst a wide cross-section of buyers.

“The number of people registering their interest in Royal View via our website is exceptionally high, showing that there is demand in the market. By offering quality, flexible purchase options, a great location and value for money, we are more than ready to meet the needs of buyers in the area.”

Royal View is one of a number of new East Midlands developments for Miller Homes in 2013. With Brookfields in Sileby in Leicestershire and Weavers Court in Castle Donington already taking reservations, they are also due to be joined by an 8.5-acre site in Chesterfield this summer.
