An innovative new car-sharing club is coming soon to Taylor Wimpey’s Reflections development in Romford – and it could save residents a small fortune and help the environment too!
The leading housebuilder has joined forces with Zipcar to give all purchasers of new apartments at Reflections a year’s free membership of the car-sharing scheme and £50 driving credit!
Residents can reserve, unlock and drive one of the Zipcars which will be parked at the development from June as well as other vehicles in London and other cities in the UK and North America.
Members pay an hourly or daily rate for the use of the car and each reservation includes 40 free miles per day, comprehensive insurance, free fuel and the Congestion Charge, with members benefiting from an average annual saving of more than £3,000 compared to car ownership.

There are 1,700 cars available all over London through the scheme and Reflections residents will be able to book them online or via Android or iPhone apps.
“It’s estimated that every time one of these cars is used, at least 20 personally-owned vehicles are taken off the road – so it’s great for the planet, too!”
Taylor Wimpey’s Zipcar membership offer is available to all homebuyers who choose from the fantastic selection of one and two-bedroom apartments currently available at Reflections, priced from £139,995 and £161,995 respectively.
One-bedroom apartments boast a contemporary open-plan kitchen/dining/living room opening onto an attractive private balcony or terrace, plus a well-proportioned master bedroom, a main bathroom and a handy storage closet located off the internal entrance hallway.
Meanwhile, two-bedroom designs feature similarly spacious living accommodation and a good-sized second bedroom. Selected two-bedroom properties boast en-suite facilities to the master bedroom and/or allocated parking.
