Subaru’s talented Brand Ambassadors

Newly appointed Subaru Brand Ambassador, Sharon Hunt, a highly successful three-day-event rider, gained a respectable 2nd place in the Burnham Market International One Day Event Horse Trials over the Easter Bank Holiday period.

Ranked among the top 50 eventers in the world and currently competing on not one but ten horses at all levels – including the World Equestrian Games, Burghley and Badminton - Sharon and her Olympic winning horse, Tankers Town, were just pipped at the post in Saturday’s dressage competition.

As part of the sponsorship, Sharon received a liveried Forester Boxer Diesel vehicle and will help promote Subaru at the events she will compete in throughout the year.

She said: “I am absolutely thrilled with the vehicle. It’s comfortable, a great ride and extremely economical.”

Sharon’s natural talent helps support her during her many motivational speaking engagements, as well as her mounted demonstrations at a variety of equestrian, sporting and corporate events throughout the country. In addition, she provides private tuition, takes on her own working pupils and advises a number of fledgling eventers.

Subaru also supports gifted rider, Oliver Townend, who, together with his stable of horses, managed two wins at Burnham and several placings over the holiday weekend.
