New family homes coming soon to Altrincham

Building on its previous successes in the town, Redrow will once again set Altrincham’s property market sizzling this summer with the launch of its latest development.

Previous ventures by Redrow Homes at Stamford Brook have all proved to be highly sought after. The housebuilder recently acquired a new area of land, for which it has now secured planning permission to build 66 executive family homes from its award-winning New Heritage Collection.

Redrow will launch sales at The Birches this summer, when a range of three, four and five-bedroom family homes will be released for sale. A new marketing suite and two new show homes will open at the development to show case the style and specification on offer.
