Bingham buyers urged to act fast

With a good choice of homes available and incentives to help get people moving, Mill Hill in Bingham is proving popular – so much so that developer Redrow is urging buyers to act fast to avoid disappointment.

Launched in 2008, Mill Hill is now a well-established neighbourhood with a good mix of residents including first time buyers, families and downsizers. They’ve all benefitted from owning a stylish new home with a high specification as standard.

Now, following a flurry of sales, the final phase of properties has been released on to the market. Fortunately, there’s still plenty to choose from despite the limited availability and with incentives available buyers could find they’re able to move sooner rather than later.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), says: “Redrow is a brand that people know and trust as we have a reputation for building quality homes that people really want to live in. Our high standards have contributed to our continued success in Bingham and, nationally, helped us win a five star award for customer satisfaction from the Home Builder Federation for a third consecutive year. In fact a number of homeowners have been so happy living at Mill Hill that when it was time to move, they bought a second Redrow home.

“With the final phase now on sale, I would urge anyone who wants to purchase a property in this part of Nottinghamshire to visit us without delay to discover how we can match them with their ideal home and guide them through the different ways we can help them move.”

There’s something for almost every buyer and budget at Mill Hill, where the final properties range from two-bedroom apartments to substantial five-bedroom detached family homes.

Prices start from £97,995 or as little as £78,398 with Help to Buy. The Government-backed scheme offers those with a 5% deposit the chance to cut the cost of homeownership with the aid of an equity loan for up to 20% of the price.

Alternatively, those who can afford the monthly mortgage repayments but perhaps don’t have a large cash deposit or substantial equity in the home they’re moving from could opt to take out a 95% mortgage through the NewBuy initiative.

Or, homeowners could use Redrow’s Mastermove service to help them sell their current property.

Mill Hill is situated on the edge of the picturesque Vale of Belvoir in the thriving market town of Bingham. Strong commuter links by road and rail put Nottingham, Leicester, Newark, Grantham and Lincoln within easy reach
