Taylor Wimpey North West will officially launch its brand new Saxon Heath development in Tarvin next week.

House hunters interested in being the first to find out more about the homes can attend the launch evening to be held at the development on Friday 24th May from 5pm until 7.30pm. The development will then officially open on Saturday 25th May with opening times from 11am until 5.30pm, Thursday to Monday. Purchasers who reserve during the launch weekend will also receive an iPad.

All the homes at Saxon Heath are available under the new Help to Buy scheme launched by the Government last month. The scheme is available to those who already own a property, as well as first time buyers, and involves an equity loan scheme available on new build properties up to the value of £600,000. Eligible purchasers receive a Government loan of 20%, which means that they only need to put down a 5% deposit and obtain a 75% loan-to-value mortgage.

Regional sales manager for Taylor Wimpey North West, David Hnyda, said: “We’re really excited about launching Saxon Heath in Tarvin. This village has to be one of the most sought after locations in the North West and we are planning a beautiful development of three, four and five bedroom homes which will complement the surroundings perfectly.

“We’ve worked hard to put together the perfect mix of homes, designed to sit well in their historic setting and we’re sure this development will mature into somewhere really special.

“And with Help to Buy available to existing homeowners as well as first time buyers, you may be able to afford more home for your money. An interest free Government loan available for five years allows you the financial breathing space to move up the property ladder. Buyers looking to purchase a brand new home in this desirable location will need to move quickly to avoid disappointment, so come and visit us at our launch weekend and be one of the first to reserve.”

When complete, Saxon Heath will be a development of 127 three, four and five bedroom homes.

The historic village of Tarvin has an enviable location in middle of the rolling Cheshire countryside. The picturesque village centre is a Conservation Area and has many listed buildings, including the beautiful 14th Century church. As well as offering rural charm and green open space in abundance, Tarvin is also a village with a good local community. There is a village school and community centre as well as a small selection of village shops and pubs.

When you want the bright lights of the city, Chester is just six miles away with its lively centre and great selection of busy shopping areas, restaurants, bars, cinemas and galleries.

For commuters, the development is just a short drive from major road networks including the A51, the M53, and A54 with access to the M6. Chester railway station is just a short drive away giving access to major UK cites.
